Our Managing Director, Adam-Joseph, has delivery-focused Technical Programme Manager based in London with extensive experience in Agile Delivery Management and PMO across FTSE organisations, start-ups, and consulting. He has proven ability to deliver complex digital transformation, cloud migration, and product innovation programmes. Adam-Joseph is skilled in stakeholder engagement, bridging business and technology as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, and vendor management involving engineers, architects, and SaaS providers. He is experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing accountable budgets of over £5m.
Adam-Joseph has delivered major digital programmes for clients such as M&S Food and Virgin Media & O2. His key achievements include leading the store recovery workstream for instore digital selling products following a 2025 cyber-attack and delivering Marks & Spencer Christmas Food to Order channels that enabled approximately 450k customer orders in 2023 and 2024. He also delivered UK industry firsts, including a digital vending machine with age verification and a legally accepted digital identity app. Previously, he rolled out IFRS 9 accounting standards across HSBC UK & Europe across 27 countries.
Adam-Joseph is a Certified Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Agile Certified, and a PRINCE2 Practitioner. He is proficient in Agile tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro. He holds an MSc in European Politics & Policy from Birkbeck, University of London.
